These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Velora website and any services, assessments, or consulting engagements provided by Velora (the "Services"). By accessing our site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Velora provides executive leadership coaching and formation consulting, including:

  • Pathfinder Alignment Assessment: A proprietary self- evaluation tool.
  • The Work: Specialized consulting focused on Identity Under Pressure, Alignment Architecture, Sustainable Direction, and A Framework That Travels.
  • Discovery Calls: Preliminary fit-assessment conversations.

2. Professional Disclaimer

The Services provided by Velora are for professional development and leadership formation purposes. While our work involves deep internal architecture and identity, Velora does not provide legal, financial, or mental health medical advice. Engagement in "The Work" is not a substitute for professional therapy or legal counsel.

3. Intellectual Property

The Pathfinder Method, including all assessment frameworks, "The Work" consulting modules, and Alignment Architecture materials, are the sole intellectual property of Velora.

  • Limited License: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the provided materials for their personal or internal organizational growth.
  • Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer our proprietary frameworks or assessment methodologies without express written consent.

4. AI-Integrated Services

Velora may utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance data synthesis and assessment reporting. By using these Services, you acknowledge that AI is used as a supportive tool for Troy James and the Velora team and that the final leadership insights provided are the result of professional human judgment.

5. Client Responsibility

Success in the Pathfinder Method requires active participation and transparency. Velora is not responsible for outcomes resulting from a client’s failure to implement agreed-upon strategies or for decisions made by the client in their professional or personal capacity.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, strategic business data, and coaching session content confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any consulting engagement.

7. Payments & Refunds

  • Fees: Fees for "The Work" and other Services are outlined in specific Statement of Work (SOW) agreements.
  • Refunds: Due to the bespoke nature of formation consulting, fees for completed assessments and conducted coaching sessions are generally non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services or reliance on the Pathfinder Method. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Velora in the six months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
